Kayla + Kenny
A little bit of a Tempting Travel mixed in with a Wildly Ever After...
Kayla and Kenny met when they were just 15 years old. Their 7 year wedding anniversary is this month so it was the perfect time to create an experience for them to reconnect and share their love. This session was a styled experience by me (Charity) from her dress, his outfit, the location, the vibe, and the meal. I wanted to create a relaxed environment where the couple felt like they could really be themselves. I just wanted to be a tag-a-long in their adventure.
I decided on Port Crescent State Park Beach because my husband (Alan) and I enjoy the area so much! We normally bring our dog and just spend the day walking through the trails and then cool off in Lake Huron. It is just about a two hour drive from our Hometown so I was happy when Kayla & Kenny decided they would like to see the area for themselves. Upon arrival and introducing Alan to the couple we discovered the guys had actually gone to high school together! (small town / small world)
Leaving the hustle of every day life for the lake life was a perfect pick. Kayla & Kenny enjoyed every second of being out in the beautiful weather with great views on the beach. We brought along a picnic for two so they could relax and refuel throughout their session. It was a great experience for everyone involved, but I'll stop carrying on and just let the pictures speak for themselves.
